What you’ll do

  • Follow established quality control procedures to test and monitor production of Miles manufactured aggregates and concrete to assure consistent compliance with desired specifications.
  • Interpret test results and be capable of communicating test results and variances to managers and supervisors.
  • Analyze existing and future sources of materials.
  • As a Miles QC Technician, you will be present for deliveries to critical projects you are assigned to.
  • Be able to regularly lift 50+ Lbs.

  • Be physically capable of performing job tasks including safely lifting and transporting test equipment and samples.
  • Have the ability and desire to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Have a valid WA State Driver’s license with a clean and insurable driving record and be capable of maintaining a clean and insurable driving record.
  • Experience as a QC Technician in the Concrete or Aggregates industry is highly desired.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
