What You’ll Do:
Conduct collection calls and follow up on past due accounts
Review credit applications and recommend credit limits in accordance with company policies
Research and resolve billing or payment discrepancies
Review pre-lien notices and maintain lien rights documentation
Set up and maintain customer and project files
Reconcile customer accounts and apply payments accurately
Monitor aging reports and proactively address delinquent accounts
Support in the securing of credit positions through appropriate documentation and legal procedures
Coordinate with dispatchers on upcoming orders
Complete contractor verification requests
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable,
Experienced in credit analysis and collections,
A background in the construction industry
The ability to communicate daily with customers, evaluating creditworthiness, maintaining accurate account records, and protecting the company’s financial interests.
