What you’ll do
• Perform daily billing for aggregate sales
• Research new projects prior to set up to identify public projects, determine setup type, and prevent unnecessary project setup
• Ensure accurate project set up and billing in compliance with regulatory and customer requirements
• Coordinate with scales, dispatch, and credit to support accurate setup and billing
• Process sales tax adjustments for aggregate and ready-mix invoices
• Review exception reports to identify and resolve billing discrepancies
• Assist with customer setup across multiple systems
• Review, approve, and process vendor invoices for outside aggregates purchases
• Provide backup support for ready-mix billing
• Maintain customer reseller permits
• Assist with fuel usage report maintenance
• Process materialman’s notices and other mailings
• Resolve customer billing disputes with empathy and clarity
• Perform other assigned duties

What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years billing and/or accounts receivable experience (construction related a plus)
• High school diploma required; Associates degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• Experience with Billing and ERP systems (e.g., Integra, BCMI, and Microsoft Dynamics or similar)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to follow instructions, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
• Professional, courteous communicator with a customer service mindset
• Organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer:
• $25.00 to $35.00 per hour, DOE
