Concrete Batch/Dispatch/Order Entry

Job Description:

• Batch redi-mix orders and maintain concrete batch plant.
• Answers phone and take concrete orders.
• Quote residential orders, calculate concrete, recommend products for various applications.
• Enter delivery orders into computer system.
• Relay directions and order information clearly and accurately to both customers and drivers.
• Assign map information to orders.
• General data entry.
• Take care of walk-in  customers.

Job Skills and Requirements:

• Knowledge of concrete business preferred.
• Batching redi-mix/maintain batch plant experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and handle last minute changes.
• Work independently and as a team member.
• Excellent communication skills needed.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, 10-key, basic math skills.
• Must be dependable with outstanding attendance record.
• Must be organized and have exceptional attention to detail with great recall skills.
• Must be flexible and self-motivated.
• Must illustrate confidentiality for daily operations of internal business
• Drug free.
