What You’ll Do:

  • Order, receive, inspect, stock, and distribute parts for fleet and facility maintenance.
  • Manage inventory levels, process returns, and conduct periodic audits.
  • Identify sources for parts, assess availability and pricing, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist mechanics and staff in sourcing and obtaining parts.
  • Operate warehouse equipment and coordinate deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with inventory control processes and reporting.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management software.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate material-handling equipment.
  • Valid Washington State driver’s license with a clean record.
  • High school diploma or GED (required); Associate’s Degree in Parts Management or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in parts inventory and/or storekeeping.
