What You’ll Do:
Order, receive, inspect, stock, and distribute parts for fleet and facility maintenance.
Manage inventory levels, process returns, and conduct periodic audits.
Identify sources for parts, assess availability and pricing, and maintain accurate records.
Assist mechanics and staff in sourcing and obtaining parts.
Operate warehouse equipment and coordinate deliveries.
Ensure compliance with inventory control processes and reporting.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management software.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and work independently.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate material-handling equipment.
Valid Washington State driver’s license with a clean record.
High school diploma or GED (required); Associate’s Degree in Parts Management or related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in parts inventory and/or storekeeping.
Paid Sick Leave (with annual cash-out for hours in excess of 40).
