What You’ll Do:

Operate various heavy equipment like dozers, front-end loaders, excavators, backhoes and other related equipment.  Follow MSHA/OSHA safety procedures.

  • Perform thorough pre and post trip inspection of the equipment.
  • Safely and efficiently operate the equipment to prevent accidents and damage of property.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A self-starter who can 1) work independently, diligently and responsibly with minimal supervision 2) work as a member of a team  3) manage their time wisely  4) multi-task  5) meet a deadline.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience
  • Have basic mechanical working knowledge of heavy equipment to perform minor repairs on the equipment and then report larger repairs to the appropriate parties.
  • Be physically capable of performing job tasks including safely lifting equipment.
  • Strong work ethic, the ability and desire to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Honest, responsible and trustworthy with confidential information.
  • The ability to represent the company in a professional and ethical manner.
  • Local routes – home daily! No long-haul driving.
  • Modern, well-maintained fleet with state-of-the-art equipment.
